We find notes of bourbon vanilla, blackberry and more slightly raspberry associated with hints of blueberry, liquorice, a fine touch of blueberry as well as points of racy minerality, nutmeg and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, balanced and offers freshness, an acidic frame, a nice fineness of grain as well as harmony, a little tension and greediness.
