This Kabinett displays aromas of apricot, mango and passion fruit, with playful blossom characters and yeasty notes. The palate is refreshingly fruity and elegant with a racy acidity and vibrant peach, kumquat and orange zest and flavours.

About the Winery

Steeped in a rich history and wrapped in unparalleled beauty, Maximin Grünhaus is much more than just a winery. Situated on the left bank of the beautiful Ruwer river in Germany, the vineyards are spread across 34 hectares of captivating land. Historically the vineyard was a property of the Benedictine order of monks and provided the monastic community with wine for ritual uses and general consumption from the 700s until the early 1800s.
