Product Notes

Ego Bodegas Infinito presents a sumptuous Spanish wine from the Jumilla region. It’s an intense blend of mostly Monastrell, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Infinito seduces with its deep, inky hue, complex aromas of ripe black fruits. It artfully blends toasted notes with balsamic and spicy undertones. The palate exhibits profound, robust flavours that echo its bouquet, enhanced by balanced acidity, well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish. Full-bodied and harmonious, this wine truly embodies the limitless expression of its terroir. It is beautiful to savour solo and pairs excellently with hearty dishes. Infinito is a taste of luxury that enlightens your senses.

Tasting Notes

Intense, dark cherry-red colour with purple edges. High layer. Clean and bright. Dense tear that lightly dyes the glass. On the nose it is powerful, very intense and fresh. Initially, the elegant notes of Crianza appear, toasted and balsamic. When opened, the black fruit and a touch of very ripe red fruit is exposed, almost jam, at some point liquorice with a spicy and creamy lactic. Fine floral tobacco touches. In the mouth it is powerful and well- structured, fresh and very sweet. Surrounding entry with a smooth and rich taste.
