Product Notes

Benjamin Bridge Brut Vintage is an enchanting Canadian sparkler, reminiscent of high-end Champagnes. It boasts of crisp acidity balance combined with tantalising flavours of green apple, toasted brioche and freshly squeezed citrus. This Nova Scotia-produced vintage is distinctive for its refined complexity and sophisticated minerality, aged over ten years on lees, resultantly enhancing nutty undertones. It's finely tuned effervescence and long, textural finish enhance its perfect harmony. Its elegance and refined nature perfectly pair with oysters, caviar or creamy cheeses. The Benjamin Bridge Brut Vintage is the epitome of class and indulgence, a celebration in a glass.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, deep straw colour with a canary hue. On the nose, an evocative bouquet of tangerine oil, pastry, lemon confit and marzipan is supported by bright suggestions of sea minerals. On the palate, an effortless and elegant frame filled with structure and density is complemented by notes of lime blossom and crème de cassis. A persistent finish lingers elegantly with reverberating hints of white flowers with toasted almonds.
