Product Notes

Cleto Chiarli Vecchia Modena Lambrusco Sorbara is an enchanting Italian red wine from the Emilia-Romagna region. Displaying a luminous rosé colour, this Lambrusco varietal offers a sensory bouquet of red fruits and floral notes. On the palate, it is delightfully lively, marked by nuances of raspberry and violet, maintaining a clean, fruity profile. A beautifully dry wine, it is balanced immaculately by its effervescence and tangy acidity. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with classic Italian dishes, this wine provides an authentic Modena wine experience. Produced by historic winemakers, Cleto Chiarli, this wine sings of legendary Italian craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red, with a light and colored froth. The nose reveals notes of wild berries and blackberries. On the palate it is vigorous, deep, characterized by a nice freshness. The powerful acidity accompanies and balances the salinity flavor making the taste vertical but at the same time full. Vecchia Modena Premium is a pretty, pinkish red color with rosy florals that give way to wild strawberry and hints of tangerine. This is finely etched and full of salty tension, peppering the senses with mineral-tinged cherries and savory spice. It leaves the mouth salivating for more through the long tart-berry finale.
