Taste Profile
Tasting Note
It has a rather dark cherry red colour with very light violet hints and a balanced aroma between the liveliness and fruitiness typical of the variety, red and black fruits, wild berries and the balsamic and spicy notes provided by the wood. It achieves a “maturity” and a phenolic and aromatic balance that can be appreciated in its harmony and roundness. In the mouth it is firm, vigorous, with soft tannins but well structured, fleshy, round, penetrating, with a powerful and at the same time soft longevity.
