Product Notes

Domaine Alain Michelot Nuits-Saint-Georges Vieilles Vignes is a luscious burgundy wine from the renowned wine-producing region of Burgundy, France. This exemplary French classic is made from handpicked, old vine, Pinot Noir grapes, rendering a rich, complex flavour profile with persistent finish. It boasts a stunningly deep ruby colour, and dancing aromas of wild red berries, cherries, and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, it features a harmonious blend of ripe red fruit, spice notes, and velvety tannins, underpinned by a well-balanced acidity. This wine's embodiment of elegance makes it the perfect accompaniment to a flavoursome meat dish or strong cheese.

Tasting Notes

Sleek, aromatic burgundy with the typical blackberry and spice character of Nuits. Full in the mouth yet beautifully poised, this wine shows the depth and precision that come from old vines.
