Tasting Note

A golden yellow Sancerre with aromas of lemon zest and flint through to a palate combining a beautiful richness and long, mineral finish.

Product Notes

Domaine Gérard Millet Sancerre le Désert du Petit Bannon wine is a sophisticated, sumptuous French white wine hailing from the Sancerre region. Its palette is rich with buoyant citrus flavours, predominantly grapefruit, subtly stitched with an undercurrent of tangy minerality, harking to the limestone-laden terroir. The wine flaunts a refreshing, crisp acidity that dances graciously on the tongue, yielding an exceptionally balanced taste. Carefully crafted by the esteemed producer Domaine Gérard Millet, this wine possesses a light straw colour, testament to its superior quality. Perfect for accompanying seafood or savoured on its own. A classic, flawless example of beautiful Sancerre.
