The Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafire - Los Vascos Cromas Gran Reserva Cabernet Franc is an exquisite Chilean wine. The inaugural release from Rothschild's Los Vascos estate, it is a delightful expression of the Cabernet Franc grape. This wine offers a vibrant, ruby red colour and an enchanting bouquet of ripe red fruits, pepper and cacao mingled with subtle herbal notes. Its palate is well-rounded, full-bodied, layered with dark fruit flavours, and supported by refined tannins. Its long, elegant and complex finish attests to its superb ageing potential. An intelligent choice for those who favour character and nuance in their wines.

Tasting Notes

Bright ruby red colour. Strawberry and blackberry-dominated nose that gradually reveals notes of black cherries, herbs, and roasted red peppers. Barrel-aging enhances the complexity of aromas and adds notes of tiramisu and dried fruits.
