A product of Gaia Estate, the Gaia Monograph Assyrtiko wine is an exceptionally refined Greek offering. It showcases an expressive burst of ripe citrus fruits, balanced by distinctive minerality inherent to Assyrtiko. The beautiful pale yellow colour gives way to a tantalising bouquet of lemon zest and mild spices. On the palate, it greets you with a rich mouthfeel, potent acidity and a fresh, clean finish.
