Product Notes

Gaja Rossj-Bass is an exquisite Italian wine, originated from Piedmont. A Chardonnay blend exuding an elegant profile, this standout vino is synonymous with refined flavours. It greets the senses with rich aromatic notes of apple, peach, and citrusy undertones. On the palate, its creaminess marries harmoniously with balanced acidity, leading to an indulgently long finish. The wine demonstrates Gaja's masterful, innovative winemaking; the grapes are sourced from Rossj and Bass vineyards, then aged in fine oak, which adds a delicate, interspersed layer of vanilla. Gaja Rossj-Bass is indeed a discerning choice for wine aficionados and is exemplary of Piedmont's wine heritage.

Tasting Notes

It shines in fresh and sweet flavors consisting of white melon and white nectarine peach combined with elder and jasmine blossom. A zest of spring shows up. This wine opens up on the palate to citrus fruits and fresh hints of menthol (reminiscent of pepper mint) around a steely core of laser-sharp acidity. A vibrant wine, with a firm texture noticeable along the entire centre of the tongue with a crisp, lingering finish.
