Product Notes

Intriguingly complex and enticing, Inglenook Winery Edizione Pennino Zinfandel is a bewitching Californian wine. This vino radiates an alluringly rich ruby hue, cloaking an array of bold flavours that are impressively well-balanced. A notable peppery essence dances alongside ravishing raspberry, taut tannins are seamlessly integrated with beguiling black cherry undertones. Ageing in French oak imparts je ne sais quoi, a whisper of vanilla perhaps. The finish boasts a considerable persistence, echoing its gallant fruit profile. This Zinfandel leaves an impressive statement on the discerning palate, maintaining an immaculate elegance amidst its intense signature.

Tasting Notes

With its vibrant violet-hued ruby color, the 2017 Edizione Pennino Zinfandel is youthful in appearance. Aromas are complex, ranging from ripe strawberry and black raspberry to warm blackberry pie, clove, and a hint of blood orange zest. The wine is velvety, generous, and round. This is a classic example of Inglenook Zinfandel.
