Product Notes

Julicher Estate Pinot Noir, hailing from New Zealand's renowned wine-growing region Wairarapa, is an exquisite red wine that marvels the senses. This delectable drop boasts an intoxicating bouquet of ripe cherries and plums, elegantly woven with hints of savoury earthiness and sweet spice. The palate is spellbinding; finely structured tannins support a luscious fruit core, paired harmoniously with subtle undertones of oak and silky, lingering finish. This sophisticated wine is a testament to the flair of the vineyard's winemakers, embodying depth, complexity, and pure drinking pleasure. Recognised for quality, Julicher Estate Pinot Noir makes a commanding impression. Perfect for all discerning Pinot Noir enthusiasts.

Tasting Notes

Full, even, dark ruby-red colour, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is gently full and voluminous with harmoniously entwined aromas of dark-red berry fruits along with an amalgam of dark-red florals, fragrant herbs and subtle earthy notes. This is refined in expression and has good intensity. Medium-full bodied, the palate is elegant with bright and lively, finely concentrated flavours of dark-red berry fruit along with subtle notes of dark herbs and dark-red florals. The mouthfeel is luscious and vibrant with the sweet fruit supported by fine-grained tannin extraction lending a smooth-flowing line. Fresh, lacy acidity lends vitality and the wine carries to a bright, juicy finish
