Tasting Note

Pale gold in colour, limpid and brilliant with light silver reflections. Initially elegant on the nose, very fresh and floral (jasmine, honeysuckle) with light citrus notes. After aeration, slight notes of vanilla and brioche accompany aromas of lightly stewed ripe fruit. The palate is full, structured and balanced. The finish is slightly toasted with a nice salinity and good length. The whole is a beautiful expression of the terroir from which it was born. A Grand Cru with brilliance and great aging potential. Food and wine pairings: Flambéed langoustines, scallop tartare or carpaccio, roast pike-perch fillet and even for dessert with a millefeuille.

Product Notes

La Chablisienne Château Grenouilles Chablis Grand Cru is the epitome of opulence in the world of white wine. Crafted from Chardonnay vines nestled in Burgundy, France, this Grand Cru embodies complexity and classic refinement. With intoxicating aromas of white flowers, mimosa and citrus fruits, it presents a mesmerising bouquet. Boasting a youthful exuberance, this Chablis offers a rich palate with harmonised notes of refined oak, ripe orchard fruits, and mineral undertones, reflective of its prestigious limestone terroir. Its profound, long-lasting finish elegantly mirrors its initial effervescence. An exceptional wine, it effortlessly pairs with seafood or creamy poultry dishes.
