Tasting Note

Classic aromas of the variety like black cherry and figs, beautifully integrated with the notes of baking spices, fennel and hints of tobacco contributed by the elegant oak. The palate is rich and round, with soft and chewy tannins that promise a very long life — 15 to 20 years at least.

Product Notes

Marimar Estate Don Miguel Vineyard Tempranillo is a plenitude of unique Spanish charm in a bottle, heralding from sophisticated Californian vineyards. This opulent wine beguiles with a harmony of rich, ripe black fruit complemented by traces of aromatic spices on the nose. The velvety palate teases with intriguing notes of sweet liquorice and hints of cocoa, superbly balanced by a striking acidity and silky tannins, producing an excellent structure and complexity. Elegant and well-rounded, the Don Miguel Vineyard Tempranillo bestows a lingering finish; a genuine homage to the undisputable heritage of its Tempranillo roots. Enjoy this delightful journey for the senses in each bottle.
