Crafted predominantly from Nero d'Avola grapes, the wine offers delightful flavours of ripe plums - a nod to the wine's namesake, the plumbago flower. The nose is greeted with the appealing scents of blackberry, whilst the palette enjoys a balanced acidity, full-bodied depth and pleasing tannins. Aged in large barrels for ten months, the Plumbago exhibits a harmonious blend of fruitiness and spice.
