Tasting Note

Quintodecimo 2022 Fiano di Avellino Exultet (with 40,000 bottles released) is one of the best Campania white wines made in this vintage. The bouquet is generous and fluid with softly ripened peach, pear, poached apple and a touch of sweet Madagascar vanilla bean. The wine ferments in both stainless steel (70%) and new oak (30%) on the fine lees. You get so much texture and depth as a result, and it has a creamy, long finish. - Monica Larner, Robert Parker Wine Advocate 94/100

Product Notes

Quintodecimo Exultet Fiano di Avellino is a superb Italian wine that is a testament to the nuances of terroir. From the heart of Campania, this wine presents a tantalising combination of minerality, ripe fruitiness, and a soft, supple mouthfeel. Its sophisticated nose reveals delightful notes of pear, ripe apples, and floral undertones, followed by flinty elements. Exultet’s richness on the palate is gracefully cut by balanced acidity, resulting in an elegantly persistent finish. This exquisite wine offers a great depth of flavour and texture that speaks to the craft of its winemaking. It's truly the epitome of what Fiano di Avellino can achieve.
