Roagna Barbaresco Pajè is an exquisite Italian wine derived from the Nebbiolo grapes. Sourced from the Pajè vineyard in Piedmont, this elegant wine exemplifies perfection with its balance of body and acidity. It radiates a vibrant ruby red hue and tantalises the palate with fascinating flavours of black fruit, cherry, spice, and subtle oak. The nose is richly imbued with floral and earthy aromas, intertwined with hints of tobacco. Aged in French oak barrels for five years, it offers an extraordinary longevity. This sumptuous, full-bodied wine is best savoured with red meats and mature cheeses.
