Product Notes

Spottswoode Estate's Lyndenhurst Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and exquisite Californian wine. A pleasing bouquet of blackcurrant, wild berries, and subtle spice greets the nose. Upon tasting, the palate experiences an elegant composition of well-balanced tannins and intense fruit flavours, evoking an enchanting melange of plums, cherries, and mocha. The finish is long and silky, leaving an enduring impression of sophisticated oak and dark chocolate undertones. Tasting Notes

Black fruits and spice, lavender and violets lift from the glass. The palate offers rich flavour without heaviness though there is plenty of presence and a bit of heat here. Notes of cocoa powder and cracked pepper combine with those shown through the nose. This is a generous wine meant to reward with polished tannin and ample flavour while also carrying through a long finish with mouth-watering acidity
