Tenuta Olim Bauda's Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG is a rhapsody of Italian viniculture. Crafted with organically farmed Cortese grapes from Piedmont region, the wine brilliantly maps an aromatic tapestry of fresh green apples, peaches and zesty citrus. This welcomingly acidic, medium-bodied white wine notably accents its bright fruitiness with an underlying mineral intensity. Nestled in the rolling hills of Piemonte, Italy, you'll find the enchanting Tenuta Olim Bauda winery. The 4th generation, brothers Gianni, Dino and Diana Bertolino, currently manage the estate. They are dedicated to respecting the heritage and traditions of their ancestors while pushing forward with sustainability initiatives for the benefit of future generations.

Ambitions aside, they've shown a clear stewardship of the land through their commitment to organic farming. Their approach harnesses nature's balance, ensuring the vines are healthy and productive.
