Product Notes

Ventisquero Grey Sauvignon Blanc is a Chilean wine characterised by its refreshing crispness and elegant citrus notes. A nose of zesty grapefruit and passionfruit is complemented by delicate herbaceous undertones. On the palate, it presents a harmonious blend of tropical flavours, enhanced by a keen, mineral edge. From Ventisquero's reputable Maipo Valley winery, this Sauvignon Blanc is matured in stainless steel tanks for six months, resulting in a vibrant expression that pairs splendidly with seafood and soft cheeses. It is laudably a fine example of Chilean winemaking expertise, marrying complexity with an enjoyable, easy-drinking style.

Tasting Notes

An attractive greenish-yellow colour. Its ageing in foudres has lent it citrus and green chilli pepper aromas, as well as saline notes. In the mouth, it is very structured and tense thanks to its high acidity and minerality. The finish is clean and persistent, with a subtle saline note coming through. This highly complex Sauvignon Blanc tempts you to enjoy it with food.
