Product Notes

Zuccardi Polígonos San Pablo Chardonnay is a remarkable Argentine wine hailing from the high-altitude region of San Pablo. This elegant Chardonnay boasts a pale, golden hue, and enchants with a nose of delicate white flowers and green apple. Its palate reveals flavours of ripe pear, citrus and crisp mineral undertones. The finish is long and beautifully balanced, showcasing the wine's intermingling of fruit and acidity. Maturing in concrete vats, it preserves its bright, fresh character to offer a pleasurable, sophisticated drinking experience. A superb accompaniment to white meat or seafood dishes.

Tasting Notes

A crisp, lean Chardonnay showing beautiful mineral fruit.

About the Winery

Zuccardi

Established in the heart of Argentina’s premier wine-growing region, Zuccardi Winery is much more than a world-class vineyard. Nestled in the serene environment of the Uco Valley, at the foothills of the majestic Andes, the winery boasts a rich heritage penned by the Zuccardi family, who moved to Mendoza in the 1960s.

Zuccardi Winery has made its mark in the wine world through its dedication to quality and the uncompromising values of its founder, Alberto Zuccardi, and his descendants. Their unwavering focus to innovate and yet, stay deeply rooted in their robust traditions has resulted in wines of impeccable character.

The vineyard is distinguished by its commitment to sustainable farming practices. The vines are nourished by pure snowmelt from the Andes, ensuring a rich, organic mineral composition that lends incredible depth to the flavours of their wines. Here, the terroir reigns supreme, and the wines truly speak of their place of origin. With altitudes ranging from 800 to 1100 metres above sea level, each plot delivers a unique expression of the Uco Valley’s unique microclimate.

Zuccardi’s portfolio is as diverse as it is exquisite. From sumptuous Malbecs to elegant Chardonnays and vibrant Cabernet Francs the wines are renowned for their outstanding complexity and balance.

Perhaps the symbol of Zuccardi's allure is their ultra-modern winery. An architectural masterpiece reflecting the sheer beauty of its surroundings, it is a hub for wine lovers to immerse themselves in the world of Zuccardi, featuring a comprehensive tour that ends with spectacular wine tastings.

Undoubtedly, Zuccardi Winery remains a beacon of meticulous viticulture and expressive winemaking, recognized globally for crafting wines of authenticity and exceptional quality. It is a must-visit destination for any wine enthusiast to marvel at, embrace the Argentinean wine culture, and savour unforgettable flavours. If Argentinean wines have a tale to tell, it unfolds through the stellar glasses at Zuccardi Winery, a story written by nature herself, under the watchful eyes and skilled hands of the Zuccardi family.
