Product Notes

Jansz Vintage Cuvée is a visually stunning Tasmanian wine with an intense straw tone and hues of antique gold. The lovely nose hints at honey-nut complexities and lemon curd, enhanced by attractive wild strawberry undertones. The rich, yet crisp chardonnay lends exquisite depth, whilst Pinot Noir lends delicate textures and finesse. It brims with elegance, featuring vibrant citrus and stone fruit notes, followed by a prolonged, biscuity finish. It’s a sublime choice for celebrations or to accompany seafood and is best served in flared champagne flutes to appreciate its persistent, fine bead and complex aromas.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold with a delicate bead. Intense aromas of citrus zest, lemon curd and sea spray are overlaid with complex notes of sweet brioche, toast and nougat. The palate is elegantly structured with preserved lemon, white peach, wild strawberries and rose water. Four years of ageing on yeast lees in bottle has built further complexity and subtle nuances of nougat and roasted hazelnuts. With a refreshing natural acidity on the finish, Jansz Tasmania Vintage Cuvée 2015 is a sparkling wine of finesse, power and elegance.
