Tasting Note

Pale straw and bright in the glass, this wine opens with a lifted, aromatic nose of jasmine, ginger, loquat, lemon rind, and citrus cheesecake, with subtle hints of biscuit, honey, nougat, and toasted vanilla oak in the background. The palate is generous and well-weighted, revealing layered flavours of white peach, nashi pear, honeydew melon, and grapefruit, complemented by rich notes of crème brûlée and bread-and-butter pudding. Balanced acidity and a touch of tannin on the finish provide structure and support, giving the wine the backbone for careful cellaring.
