Tasting Note

Pale golden yellow with bright highlights. The nose is expressive and elegant, combining ripe pear and apple with citrus, white flowers and subtle hints of hazelnut. The palate is generous and rounded yet retains excellent freshness, with juicy orchard fruit, lemony acidity and a delicate mineral character. A lightly creamy texture adds richness, leading to a clean, persistent finish with attractive chalky and citrus notes.

About the Winery

Domaine Thibert

Domaine Thibert is a family-owned estate based in Fuissé, at the heart of the Mâconnais in southern Burgundy. The Thibert family has deep roots in the region, with records of the family in Fuissé dating back several centuries. The modern domaine was established in 1967 by Andrée and René Thibert with only a small area of vines. Over the following decades they steadily expanded the property, building a reputation for precise, terroir-focused expressions of Chardonnay.
