The brainchild of British expat Derek Mossman Knapp, Garage Wine Co. was born out of a personal project to create small-batch wines for friends and family. Garage Wine Co. takes pride in its heritage and honours Chilean viticulture by using vines as old as eighty years. The focus is on producing hand-made wines that are unfiltered and fermented with native yeast. Solidifying its artisanal ethos, Garage Wine Co. releases only around 1500 cases each year, making the wines not only exceptionally good but equally rare.
