Tasting Note

Deep brick red with ruby highlights and bright clarity, this wine opens with vibrant aromas of red currant, plum, blackberry, and cherry, layered with dark jubes, fruit leather, and subtle earthy notes of tar and black olive, complemented by hints of spicy, charred oak. The palate is immediately generous with bright black fruits, including blackberry, plum, and cherry, with a touch of licorice, all supported by a firm yet balanced structure. Lively acidity carries the fruit through to a finish of chalky tannins, dark chocolate, and soft, toasty oak, resulting in a harmonious and textured wine.
