Product Notes

The Benjamin Bridge Brut Reserve is an exquisite Canadian sparkling wine. It boasts a refined blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varietals, resulting in an enticingly effervescent wine. On the palate, it reveals flavours of golden apple, zesty lemon, and fresh-baked brioche. With its delicate bubbles and time-honoured, traditional method production, the Brut Reserve offers an opulent and elegant finish. Aged in the bottle for four to five years, it exemplifies the depth and complexity of Nova Scotia's terroir, ensuring a lasting impression of sophistication and grace. This wine truly epitomises artisanal craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, a deep golden colour with a straw hue. The nose is immediately captivating, with heightened citrus notes of lemon preserve and fresh ruby red grapefruit, supported by the most subtle and delicate floral suggestion. The palate is expansive, dense and rich, with a tightly knit texture and energizing hints of apricot sorbet. The finish appears almost everlasting, as our terroir’s unmistakable saline minerality reverberates.
