The blend will vary sightly year to year but will contain varying amounts of Pinot Noir (to provide structure, red fruit aromas), Chardonnay (to provide elegance, freshness and citrus/apple notes) Pinot Meunier (to add roundness), Pinot Blanc (to add vibrant acidity and subtle fruit aromas) and Pinot Gris (to provide creamy texture and aromatic complexity).
