Tasting Note

Deep crimson with a brick-red hue and bright clarity, this wine is dominated on the nose by rich dark fruits—blackberry, mulberry, black currant, and plum—layered with playful nuances of blueberry yoghurt, Black Forest cake, dark licorice, and jubes, complemented by subtle notes of violet, cedar, tobacco, tar, and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied and generous, carrying intense flavors of blackberry, mulberry, boysenberry, cassis, and dark cherry, alongside hints of black olive, licorice, dark chocolate, vanilla custard, tobacco, cedar, and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Firm yet balanced tannins and acidity run through the mid and back palate, seamlessly integrated to create a plush, velvety, and harmonious mouthfeel.
