Its elegant ruby red colour is followed by enticing aromas of red cherries and strawberries. A sip unveils a beautifully balanced palate with soft tannins, profound depth and a thrilling acidity. Hailing from the unrecognized region of Valdejalón, it's testament to the character of old vine Garnacha. Aged in French oak, it chimes with a subtly spiced complexity. Its lingering finish makes it a splendid partner for hearty dishes. Truly, it's an encoded love letter to Garnacha.
