Tasting Note

Deep ruby red, crimson tints. The nose is full and lifted, brimming with black plums, complexed with star anise, dark chocolate and soft vanillin oak. On the palate this is a powerful wine, exploding with flavour of summer pudding, blackberries and spiced plums. Smooth and seamless, supported by subtle French oak and vibrant silky tannins to finish.

Product Notes

Campbells of Rutherglen Bobbie Burns Shiraz is a profoundly rich Australian wine with a deep ruby hue. Its bouquet boasts alluring scents of black cherries, plums and a hint of pepper. The lavish palate exposes robust flavours of dusky woodland fruits and a trace of cinnamon, underpinned by polished tannins. This wine is beautifully dense, with a splendid balance of fruit intensity and oak integration. The lingering finish is smooth, rendering it an ideal companion to hearty dishes. Aged in American oak barrels, this interplay of fruit and spice domains gives an elegant and sophisticated character to this splendid Shiraz.
