The vineyards of Domaine Albert Morot span across approximately 8 hectares, primarily in Premier Cru terroirs such as Beaune "Les Teurons" and Savigny-lès-Beaune "La Bataillère". Cultivated using organic methods, the vineyard places significant emphasis on respecting the natural biodiversity of the land, employing practices such as ploughing and sexual confusion methods to combat pests naturally.

At the heart of their wine production is the Pinot Noir grape. This varietal’s deep ruby red to nearly purple wines, renowned for their velvety intensity and elegance, have marked the Morot family's position on the world stage. Bringing his youthful energy, Geoffroy has breathed new life into the winery without altering its traditional essence.
