Tasting Note

Fragrant with white and orange blossom, rich nuances of ripe peach, nectarine and apricot framed by hints of sweet spice. The palate is rich and textural with a bright balancing acidity, incredibly elegant and refined.

Product Notes

Domaine Yves Cuilleron Condrieu La Petite Côte is a remarkably delightful white wine from the Rhone Valley. This Viognier showcases an amiable balance of freshness and complexity. It extends generous floral notes accompanied by a medley of apricot, pear and white peach flavours. There's an alluring hint of spice and minerality on the palate, brought to maturity in oak barrels. The finish is vivacious and persistent. An exquisite demonstration of the unique character of Condrieu terroir, it's a luxurious pairing for rich poultry dishes or savoury seafood. It reflects Yves Cuilleron's commitment to quality and tradition.

About the Winery

Domaine Yves Cuilleron is one of the Northern Rhône's leading estates, celebrated for its expressive Syrah and Viognier wines. Although the Cuilleron family has farmed the region for three generations, it was Yves Cuilleron who transformed the domaine after taking over in 1987, expanding it from just 3.5 hectares in Condrieu and Saint-Joseph to 75 hectares across Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, Saint-Péray and IGP Collines Rhodaniennes. The vineyards are planted to Syrah, Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne.
