Tasting Note

It immediately strikes you with its intense and brilliant old rose colour, enriched with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is concentrated and complex: notes of orange, plum, peach and redcurrant and raspberry jam give way to yeasty hints. On the palate, its rich, mouth-filling, well-balanced structure is counterpointed by nicely modulated acidity. The long finish displays nuances of berry fruits, caramel and almond nougat.

Product Notes

The Ferrari Perlé Rosé Riserva exudes luxury with its stunning salmon-pink hue. An elegant sparkling wine crafted in Italy's Trentino region, its bouquet features an enticing medley of wild strawberries, fragrant almonds, and toasted bread. On the palate, it reveals finely textured bubbles delivering a crisp, tangy citrus flavour entwined with subtle almond undertones. This unique blend is matured for a minimum of 7 years, enhancing its intensity and refined complexity. This world-class sparkling rosé wine is truly symbolic of Ferrar's expertise in producing exceptionally distinct, high-quality wines. Perfect for special occasions, Ferrari Perlé Rosé Riserva is a toast to sophisticated indulgence.

About the Winery

Ferrari

Nestled amidst the rolling vineyards of Trentino, Northern Italy, lies the world-class establishment of Ferrari Winery. This Italian gem was established in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari, who aspired to produce sparkling wines to rival those of the traditional champagne region in France.
