Tasting Note

Tropical fruits and white flowers on the nose, with a subtle freshness, the palate is dry and lively, with more fruit notes and fine acidity.

Product Notes

Kopke Dry White Port wine, renowned for its delightful, refreshing flavour, hails from Portugal's oldest port wine house, established in 1638. Its brilliance is apparent in its light straw colour, revealing a bouquet of dried fruits and vanilla, with a hint of nuts. On the palate, it offers balance between crisp acidity and sweet notes, leading to a lively, lingering finish. Exceptionally versatile, Kopke can be enjoyed as an aperitif, combined in a cocktail, or paired with strong cheese and desserts. A superb choice for summer evenings or festive occasions, this wine epitomises sophistication and enjoyment.

About the Winery

Established in 1638 by Nicolaus Kopke, the Kopke Winery is renowned as the oldest port wine house in the beautiful Douro Valley region of Portugal. This immensely popular winery was founded by a German family with a strong passion for the art of winemaking. Over the course of four centuries, it has continued to uphold its commitment to producing exquisite wines and ports of superior quality.
