Established in 1961, the Poliziano winery is nestled in the heart of Tuscany, known for its magnificent vineyards. This renowned winery is a testament to the love and diligence of Dino Carletti who believed in the potential of the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine and decided to provide it with a home on his 22-hectare land.

Currently, the winery is managed by Dino's gifted son Federico, who shares his father’s passion for winemaking. The Carlettis, amid their traditional love for viticulture, have been successful in keeping the essence of Montepulciano intact whilst adapting to modern technologic advancements to enhance the wine-making process.

Poliziano produces a wide range of delectable wines which highlight the unique flavours of Tuscany. Among these, the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano stands out as a true epitome of quality and taste. This distinctive wine has a deep ruby-red colour along with a complex bouquet that includes notes of wild berries, cherries, and elegant spices. Other specialities include Rosso di Montepulciano, Asinone, and Le Stanze.
