Tasting Note

Unique type of Venetian white wine in which the intense aromas of Sauvignon are paired with the elegance of Garganega, which provides its characteristically long aftertaste with an almondy twist on the finish. Typical Sauvignon fruitiness with hints of pears. On the palate good structure balanced with refreshing acidity, and a dry finish.

Product Notes

Serégo Alighieri Possessioni Bianco is a standout Italian white wine from the esteemed Alighieri estate in Valpolicella. It beautifully encapsulates the region's viticulture, presenting a harmonious blend of Garganega and Sauvignon Blanc. This wine promises a radiant straw-yellow colour with enticing greenish reflections. It offers an intriguing bouquet of blossoms and fruits, including ripe pear, followed by a touch of melon and elderflower. Most captivating is the balanced, full-bodied taste that carries mineral and citrus hints, rounded off beautifully with a crisp, pleasing acidity. It's undoubtedly a delightful choice for any discerning wine lover.
