This exceptional wine, crafted from endemic Areni Noir grapes grown on ancient vineyards at 1,400m altitude, marries earthy tones with red fruit notes, displaying a delectable balance of intensity and softness. Its expression is evocative of its unique terroir, high in mineral content resulting from its volcanic soil. Matured for 18 months in traditional amphorae, the character of Zorah Yeraz wine is profound and complex, captivating the palate and leaving a long, pleasant finish. Simply, an unmissable treat for the discerning wine lover.

Tasting Notes

Bright and vibrant, this wine displays aromas of ripe red cherry, black fruits and pepper, with hints of cedar. On the palate, it shows intensity and complexity that come from the old vines. Medium-bodied with balancing acidity, this wine has fine, well-integrated tannins from the oak ageing.
