A part of Bogle Vineyard's highly desirable assemblage collection, the Bourbon Barrel Aged Petite Sirah wine is a resplendent medley of refinement and rustic charm. This offering boasts an arresting deep purple hue, with an indulgent nose exuding dark fruit aromas suffused with decadent cocoa. Expect a symphony of blueberries and black plums upon first sip, leading to an intriguingly spicy, smoky finish, courtesy of some 18 months of ageing in bourbon casks. With its full-bodied palate and mellow tannins, this American wine fits remarkably in a British setting, encapsulating impeccable winemaking craftsmanship.
