Reflecting its Chinese heritage, it has a beautifully delicate hue, exquisitely fresh, and fruity aroma mingling with complex undertones. Its taste profile unites crispness with subtle berry flavours, leading to a delightfully lingering finish. Harvested in Ningxia vineyards, this versatile wine is an exotic talking point and pairs superbly with various dishes. This refreshingly pleasing offering from Changyu Moser XV continues to enthrall, effortlessly bridging the East and West.

Tasting Notes

Very pale salmon colour. Fully ripe grapes. Very vinous nose. Masses of fruit and only the merest hint of fermentation aromas. Apparently 1.7 g/l residual sugar but it tastes more. High extract because berries are very small. Real mouthful of charming fruit.
