Tasting Note

Pale to medium straw with green highlights and a bright, clear appearance, this wine reveals an expressive, fragrant nose, showcasing classic Semillon notes of fig, apple, and lemon, enhanced by layers of quince, pear, and peach. Subtle background nuances of lanolin, mushroom, and malt biscuits add complexity without overshadowing the vibrant fruit. The palate mirrors this depth with bright fig, pear, Granny Smith apple, and citrus flavours, supported by fresh acidity, a full body, and well-balanced tannins, culminating in a generous, smooth, and elegantly long finish.
