Tasting Note

This golden, almost amber coloured wine has a very intense, appealing nose of sweet tropical fruits, peach, apricot, citrus fruits and some spice. The palate is packed full of white fleshed and stone fruits, with the medium body ending with a long sweet finish, supported by crisp acidity. Clean and fresh, very mineral, hints of honey and plenty of persistence.

Product Notes

Altolandon Dulce Enero Ice Wine is a luxurious Spanish dessert wine known for its enchanting sweetness. From the first taste, luscious notes of ripe fruits, honeysuckle, and marmalade are unveiled. Touched with a hint of vanilla and a bold finish, the complex flavours balance beautifully, delivering a full-bodied wine which leaves a lingering aftertaste. The wine's sophisticated profile, combined with its amber-gold colour and exotic aroma, make it an ideal pairing with desserts or strong cheeses. Dulce Enero ice wine encapsulates the vineyard's commitment to organic farming and high-elevation vine cultivation, resulting in a unique, unforgettable taste.
