Its aroma is a distinctive blend of honey, toasted almonds, and dried fruits, embodying the Mediterranean spirit. On the palate, it offers an inviting taste of apricot, exotic fruits and spices that's beautifully balanced by an enticing acidity. This amber-coloured wine’s sweetness and complex flavours are expertly attained through the ‘passito’ process, using sun-dried grapes. It is a perfect companion for hearty desserts and cheese. Colour: golden yellow tending to amber. Aroma: intense and lingering, with scents of apricots, honey and dried figs. Palate: balanced and honeyish, with notes of dried figs and light hints of apricots and sweet fruit pickles.
