Tasting Note

Golden yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is generous and expressive, revealing ripe peach, citrus and white flowers alongside buttery brioche, toasted hazelnut and subtle almond notes. The palate is rich and creamy, with the Meunier providing ample fruit and texture, balanced by lively acidity and a fine chalky minerality. Delicate toasted and savoury nuances develop through the palate, leading to a long, fresh and mineral-driven finish
