Tasting Note
A glorious carbo-style 'fistful of grapes'. Juicy, pure, vibrant fruit aromas of black fruit compote. Blackberry, black plum and black cherry fruits virtually burst out of the glass with dashes of higher toned blue-fruits sitting in the background. There are hints of earth/stone, dried flowers, jasmine, pepper, spice box, red liquorice, ginger cake and a touch of green tobacco leaf.
Product Notes
Domaine Gramenon Côtes du Rhône Poignee de Raisins is a charming French red wine, evoking the warmth of the southern Rhône Valley. This organic wine is created in the minimalist tradition, allowing the Grenache grape's character to shine through. Expect an opulent bouquet laden with juicy red cherries, blackberries, and a touch of earth and spice. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied richness, balanced acidity, and silky tannins that culminate in a satisfying finish. Ideal for traditional roasts or hearty vegetarian dishes, its complexity and charm make it an amicable addition to any table.
