Tasting Note

The wine finishes elegantly with remarkable balance between acidity and sweetness, concluding with a long, lingering finish characterised by distinctive spicy notes.
Product Notes
Justino’s Colheita Boal is a rich, expressive Madeira wine made from the Boal grape variety. Its medium sweet style balances indulgent flavours with the bright acidity for which Madeira is renowned. Aromas of dried fruit, caramel, toasted nuts and warm spice lead to a smooth, layered palate, where hints of orange peel and honey add further complexity. Careful ageing lends depth and a lingering, elegant finish. Serve it slightly chilled alongside fruitcake, nut based desserts, mature cheeses or crème brûlée. It is also enjoyable on its own, offering a memorable way to round off a leisurely meal with friends afterwards.
