Product Notes

Leeu Passant Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon is an exquisite South African wine, heralding from the heart of Stellenbosch. Each sip offers a lavish symphony of dark berries, ripe cherries, and subtle spice, structured by seamlessly tannins and a lasting finish. Garnet in colour and complex in character, the wine is aged in French oak barrels providing an elegant touch of earthy tones, blackcurrant, and well-integrated acidity. Expertly crafted, this Cabernet Sauvignon encapsulates the true essence of Stellenbosch's unique terroir, offering a bold but beautifully balanced wine experience for discerning palates.

Tasting Notes

This aromatic Cabernet shows notes of cassis, tarragon, graphite and cedar on the nose. These continue on the palate which has a silky texture and great structure from the fine tannins. The richness and power of the wine are balanced by freshness and finesse. The finish is dry with lingering blackcurrant and blueberry flavours.
