Tasting Note

This wine is straw yellow in colour with golden reflections. On the nose, it shows aromas of candied lemon and acacia honey. The palate is concentrated and full-bodied, yet balanced by a refreshing, lively acidity. The finish is long and persistent. The wine has good depth and is a textural counterpart to the aromatic Grignolino.

Product Notes

Mura Mura Beatrice Timorasso wine is a luxurious Italian gem crafted from Piedmont's re-discovered indigenous grape, Timorasso. It boasts bold flavours and a distinctive personality, with pronounced aromas of ripe pear, almonds, and subtle hints of honey. Underneath, lies a balanced minerality that gives an edge to its clean finish. True to its Italian roots, it’s a wine that marries perfectly with rich dishes while also shining brightly on its own. The complexity and length of this wine render it unforgettable, a testament to the thoughtful vinification by Mura Mura. An intriguing white wine that redefines the very essence of elegance and volume.

About the Winery

Mura Mura

Mura Mura is a modern yet deeply rooted winery in Piedmont, Italy, founded in 2008 by lifelong friends Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, the entrepreneurs behind the celebrated GROM gelato brand. Inspired by a philosophy of “slow living” and a respect for land and tradition, they envisioned Mura Mura as more than a winery: a place where viticulture, gastronomy, and hospitality coexist in harmony.
