Product Notes

Paringa Estate's The Paringa Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is a vivid exemplar of Australian viticulture. This delicate red wine emanates from the prestigious Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Elegantly medium-bodied, its enchanting palate reveals layers of ripe cherries, subtle woody aromas, and a hint of earthy truffle, underlined by a soft but profound tannin structure. The masterful blend of traditional and modern winemaking ensures a wine of remarkable depth and complexity. Its dark, ruby-tinged appearance captures the eye, while its silky, lingering finish seduces the senses. This exquisite Pinot Noir is the embodiment of Paringa Estate's rich, opulent, and distinctive style.

Tasting Notes

The wine has rich powerful aromas of spice and dark cherry, combined with charry oak, secondary barrel ferment mocha and coffee characters, that will integrate further to become more Burgundian like with bottle age. On the palate the wine has rich ripe fruit, firm fine grained tannins helping provide excellent texture and length. This wine will live for 15 to 20 years.
